International Programs & Partnerships Director
Lead an international programme portfolio with attention to locally led partnerships, programme quality, funding and organisational assurance.
Mandate and scope
Executive portfolio responsibility spanning eight countries. Portfolio responsibility does not imply travel to every country.
My contribution
- Oversaw due diligence, partner agreements, budgets, forecasting, monitoring, reporting, acquittals and corrective action.
- Strengthened attention to safeguarding, financial accountability, risk review, monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepared advice for the CEO, executive team and Board while supporting partner capability in planning, reporting and governance.
Contribution and collective results
The work connected programme evidence, financial information and local partner insight with organisational decisions. Programme delivery and community outcomes depended on the work of locally led partners and the wider organisation.

Partnership and accountability work together. Clear standards and honest dialogue help local leaders retain agency while the organisation exercises responsible stewardship.
